Therapeutic Services

I offer personalized therapy for individuals and couples. Individual sessions focus on long-term personal growth and change, while single-session therapy provides immediate support for specific challenges. Couples therapy strengthens emotional bonds and improves communication. The number of sessions needed depends on your unique situation and goals for meaningful change.

Let's connect over Zoom so you can share what you need support with. During a free 15-minute pre-consultation, I’ll ask key questions to understand your needs and goals. We’ll also discuss the therapeutic approach that suits you best, whether now is the right time for therapy, and if you're ready for transformative change. Additionally, we’ll go over package options, pricing, payment methods, and what the process entails.

I look forward to meeting you!

Our services and prices

Prices are presented but vary depending on the type and extent of therapy that best suits your needs. We'll discuss all the details together during our initial contact to ensure you're comfortable and informed.

  • As your counsellor, I create a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment. We work collaboratively to identify and understand the feelings and challenges you are facing.

I provide guidance and support to help you develop coping strategies and make positive changes in your life. Through open and confidential conversations, my goal is to empower you to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater resilience and self-awareness.

Your well-being is at the heart of our sessions, and I am committed to assisting you on your journey toward personal growth and emotional healing.

In our counselling sessions, I often incorporate elements of somatic experiential therapy, recognizing that the mind and body are intricately connected. This approach encourages us to pay attention to the physical sensations and bodily responses associated with your emotions and experiences. By exploring the somatic aspects of your struggles, we can gain valuable insights into how your body holds and expresses emotional patterns.

    Prices (60 minute sessions): 4 999 SEK/5 sessions or 9 499 SEK for 10 sessions

  • In addition to regular counselling, which usually takes place during a series of meetings, I also offer a unique approach known as Single Session Therapy (SST). Research suggests that 70-80% of clients find their initial session helpful. SST can be considered a form of self-care, providing clients with quick and effective solutions to their immediate concerns. While some professionals may hold reservations about this model, it’s often highly valued by clients seeking efficient support.

Working within the SST framework requires a specific mindset. It’s crucial not to approach it with the same expectations as conventional therapy with multiple sessions. Instead, I treat each SST session as if it could be the last, focusing on delivering meaningful assistance efficiently.

One essential requirement in SST is getting to the core issues promptly. In SST, relational depth isn’t always the primary focus, but relational promptness is crucial.

Best practices in SST start with preparations of your one-time therapy session with a detailed intake form. This features pre-session questions which encourage you to reflect on what specific help you hope to receive, whether it’s resolving emotional or behavioral issues, gaining clarity, making decisions, or simply discussing your concerns.

My approach to SST offers efficient and client-centered support, aiming to provide you with quick and meaningful assistance for your current concerns. It may be the only session you need, but please understand that this does not limit the possibility of further sessions if necessary; it can also serve as an initial step into more extended therapeutic work if you would find this beneficial.

    Price (90 minute session): 1 499 SEK

  •  In my couples counseling sessions, I integrate Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) as a valuable framework to guide our work. EFT is a highly effective approach that focuses on the emotional bonds within a relationship. It helps us explore and understand the underlying emotions that drive conflicts and disconnections between partners.

Through EFT, we delve into the emotional needs and attachment dynamics within your relationship. We work together to identify patterns of interaction that may be causing distress and develop strategies to create more secure emotional connections. EFT provides us with a structured and evidence-based approach to improve communication, enhance emotional intimacy, and promote lasting positive changes in your partnership.

By incorporating EFT techniques and principles into our sessions, we can better address the core emotional issues that may be affecting your relationship. This approach allows us to create a stronger and more resilient bond between you and your partner, fostering a deeper sense of understanding, trust, and love in your journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.

Price (75 minute sessions): 6 495 SEK/5 sessions or 12 499 SEK/10 sessions (8-20 sessions are usually needed for measureable change).

The Counselling Journey at Mind the Mind: A Step-by-Step Guide

At Mind the Mind, my goal is to provide a seamless and supportive experience as you embark on your counseling journey toward personal growth, healing, and well-being. Here’s a clear breakdown of how therapy with me is structured, so you know what to expect at every stage.

  • Chances are, you found me through social media, a recommendation, or some good old-fashioned word of mouth (which, let’s be honest, is still undefeated). At some point, curiosity got the best of you, and you decided to reach out—maybe with a call, text, or email—to set up your mandatory but totally free 15-minute pre-consultation.

On the booking page you find a link to Calendly, where you can pick a time that works for you (because I know life is already complicated enough without endless back-and-forth scheduling). During our chat, I’ll introduce myself and ask a few key questions to get a better idea of what brings you here. This is not therapy yet—just a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit for working together.

No pressure, no commitment—just a quick and friendly check-in to help you figure out your next steps!

  • Before the first session, I will send you a digital intake form to gather essential information about your contact information background, concerns, and goals. Additionally, you will receive an ethical consent form for your review and agreement, which requires your signature. This ensures that you fully understand how therapy works, your rights as a client, and the professional guidelines I follow.

  • The next step is the free 30-60 minute assessment session, designed to give us a deeper understanding of your needs and how therapy can best support you.

    During this session, we will:
✔ Explore your personal values and life direction, guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles.
✔ Pinpoint the exact issue—what’s keeping you from where you want to be.
✔ Determine which type of therapy would be most beneficial for you.
✔ Discuss pricing and the recommended number of sessions (typically between 6–20, depending on your goals).
✔ No pushy sales tactics—just honest recommendations based on what I believe will help you the most.

At the end of this session—if I believe you would benefit from working with me—I’ll provide a payment link with the recommended option(s). You’re welcome to decide right away or take some time to think it over

  • If you decide to proceed with therapy, simply complete the payment process using the Stripe link provided at the end of your 60-minute assessment session.

Clients can conveniently make payments using the Stripe app, which allows you to pay with debit or with credit cards as well as through the Klarna app for flexible payment options. Klarna also offers payment plans, allowing you to split the cost into interest-free installments or choose a pay-later option, depending on your preference. For more details on Klarna’s payment terms, visit Klarna’s website.

Once your payment is confirmed, I will send you access to my regular therapy schedule on Calendly, where you can book your sessions.

I recommend selecting a consistent time slot every week or every two weeks and booking multiple sessions in advance, as my schedule fills up quickly. If you need to cancel a session, you can do so with at least 48 hours’ notice without being charged. Once you’ve booked your sessions, Calendly will send you an email confirmation and SMS reminders to keep you organized and prepared.

  • Your 60-minute therapy sessions are where we dive deep into the work of healing, growth, and transformation. Depending on your needs, our sessions may involve:

✔ Exploring emotions and thought patterns affecting your well-being.
✔ Developing coping strategies for anxiety, stress, or past trauma.
    ✔ Strengthening self-awareness and self-compassion.
✔ Enhancing communication and relationships, especially in couples therapy.
✔ Incorporating somatic techniques to reconnect with your body’s wisdom.
✔ Working through barriers that prevent you from moving forward.

Each session is tailored to your journey, and the length of therapy varies from six weeks to a year, depending on your individual goals.

  • Your feedback is essential, and I want to ensure that our work is meaningful and effective for you. At the end of each session, I will ask you what you have learned about yourself or others during our time together. You are also welcome to email me anytime with thoughts or feedback about our sessions.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and your voice matters in shaping the direction of our work.

  • Therapy isn’t meant to last forever (even though I love working with my clients!). You will know therapy is coming to an end when:

✔ You feel more confident in managing your challenges independently.
✔ You have met the goals we set at the beginning of our work.
✔ You notice a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and emotional resilience in your daily life.

Ending therapy is a gradual process, and we will plan your transition together. Some clients choose to space out sessions before stopping entirely, while others prefer periodic check-ins to maintain progress. However we approach it, you will always be welcome to return if you ever need support again in the future.
